I don't understand the functions of uniformed men called LASMA. Were they employed to only control traffic for BRT buses to pass only or were they sent to the road to stop and harass private cars driver causing serious hold-up in the morning when people are hurrying to work?

In fact I'm tired of all the rubbish i see them do on my way to work each morning. Thank God i don't drive, maybe i would done something terrible to them
