Entry level for bank PHB is 2m out of the 2m . you are very sure of 1.65m the remaining .35m is called PIP performance induced pay, the percentage you got depends on your performance, some gets 80% of the .35m while some gets 0% of it. it is paid monthly. Aside the 2m, you are also entitled tp PS-PROFIT HSARING as an entry level also depending on the profit made by the bank you may get up 90k or more, this is paid once in a yr around october , They are really paying well. But the pressure to perform for marketers seems to be highest in the industry |
