I think you are confused, You have a pastor, go to him to help you out of your confussion, thats if you are really a christian o.You said you dont want to touch the anointed. You have touched them already by this your stinker on Nairaland. A pastor does what God instructs him, not what people demands of him
A pastor is a man anointed over a congregation,not over Aso Rock. There are different callings.   
                               
Ephes. 4:11-12
    And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; [12] For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Some prophets have the callings to speak to governments but not all. Idahosa was a man like that. It was even alledged he was reponsible for Murtala muhamed's death because Murtala ask for the church to be demolished. Idahosa gave them six months to change or else,  and six months exactly Murtala died. Nobody touched the church building again.

They dont owe anybody explanation concerning their calling. They do what God calls them to do. A wise ruler will consult men of God for conselling. like Pharaoh did with Joseph.
A pastor's primary assignment is to feed the flock with knowledge. He is also a christian so he prays for the land.
It is wrong to speak against men of God ,especially as a christian. neither are you supposed to speak against the Political leaders.

Exodus 22:28
    Thou shalt not revile the gods, nor curse the ruler of thy people.

Romans 13:1-2
    Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. [2] Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

How do we do with bad leaders? Pray for them. There are demon spirit making them do wrong thing ;corruption, assasination, wickedness. We can neutralise their works through prayers.

1 Tim. 2:1-3
    I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; [2] For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. [3] For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

Many people get into government with good intention but spirits are waiting for them in these offices. .Prayer is the answer by all of us. leave pastors alone
