FRSC boys dey do pass the power wey government gave dem. If you have all the necessary tools and documents in your vehicle, dem go still tell you that your tyres are Tokunbo grin. And if you check the legs of some FRSC official and personal vehicles you will found the "Grade 2" of Tokunbo tyres not even the 1st Grade. So, why will people stop beating them
