(ii) Original and photocopies of the underlisted documents should be submitted with the completed NEPC Form for sighting and documentation

> Memorandum and Articles of Association
> Current Certified True Copy of Form CAC

(iii) All registered exporter with NEPC are expected to renew their registration certificate every two years with the submission of the following documents
> Application for renewal on the company's letter head
> Original copy of Exporter's registration certificate
> Current Certified True Copy of Form CAC 7
> Payment of renewal fee
> Evidence of export performance for the period.

Please note that failure to renew after three months of expiration will attract a subcharge of N10,000
