Their poor objects are doing their masters and PhD in diaspora too. My friend is currently doing her PhD in Malaysia and most Nigerians in her school and in neighbouring countries are from the North and they are all on scholarship. So there! Ijab is meant to cover the woman's body and I don't think there's any part of the bible by record where a woman would have her hair or body parts exposed, wearing it has a way of controlling the mind from adultery

In the religion sense, going to school most or being the richest is not the standard to be followed in a religious practice, being an elite or being famous doesn't mean that you are the one that best understands how the religion is practiced, the way Islam should be practiced is in the Quran but not in the look of those you refer to as elites
