Registered Engr/Who know. Pls help.

I am a Mechanical Engineering Graduate with Msc in Engineering Mgt. I have about 2-3 years work experience spand across Facility Mgt and oil & Gas. I wish to join NSE since I can't join COREN straight off.. Please I need to know the requirements, what is expected etc...

I want to take this September batch. ..

I am not understanding. If you are a graduate, you should know how to join your professional/regulatory body.
