Yorubas have been at forefront of restructuring since when Zik begged Sardauna for Nigeria's unity.

Great achievement. Hopefully Nigeria will benefit from his attainment in the nearest future.

Some people can also say that Awolowo begged Gowon for Nigeria's unity instead of following Ojukwu's secession lead.
In any case, all that is in the past. Currently, Yorubas have no voice in the restructuring clamour.
