Many Nigerians Are Sick Because Of The Calories In Eba, Fufu, Amala, Poundo by blackbarian: 1:41pm On Jul 29, 2017 |
Many Nigerians suffer from cholesterol intolerance and digestive problems, but they keep eating Eba, Fufu, Pounded Yam and Amala. Even wheat contains a lot of gluten. These are bad for the body because the body cannot break them down anymore. If you are health conscious, dont wait until you are sick, or fat. Change your diet now. Eat healthy swallow that contains all the nutrients your body requires at no extra cost. If you are interested in our healthy swallow or/and want to be co-ordinator of supplies in your area, email us on: naijapub@gmail.com |

Intelligent question Krasid. I have tasted MINDROMASA and can confirm to you that it is the best ever. I m only a co-ordinator for them, and I used to have digestive problem. Feeling bloated after every meal, but now I m ok. I have realised that knowledge is what separates the healthy from the sick. They only supply through co-ordinator. Yeligray even people with diabetes still need sugar in their body, the trick is in knowing the right quantity their body can take in without causing them havoc. This thread is for the health conscious. As you grow older, certain things become risky. Cholesterol is bad fat and it's dangerous. I ddnt say you shouldn't eat whatever you like, but for me and my love ones it's MINDROMASA forever. |

Eyinjuege Eba, fufu, amala, pounded yam are all instant carbs. Eat too much and it could lead to diabetes and spike cholesterol level in the system that is bad for the heart. |

No sir, but as you see, many times when we eat swallow, it 80% to 90% swallow and 10% to 20% soup. It is better that the swallow itself should contain the balanced nutrients that the body needs, without adding excessive fat and sugar that will start to damage your system. Many of us have digestive problem, diabetic symptom, gluten intolerance or celiac. Adjusting the menu is what it takes to live a healthier life instead of visiting the doctor every now and then. |

My dear I m not discouraging you, but that fufu contains bouts of cyanide, which is deadly. You know that in processing cassava to garri and fufu the cyanide contents is not completely removed, because it can't be completely removed. In other words, we poison our blood a little everytime we eat garri and fufu, and if it happens to be badly processed, then the damage is catastrophic. This thread is only a message to the health conscious. Why eat and poison yourself when there is a good healthy substitute at no extra cost? |
