Yes I have

It happened between 2003- 2004 when i fell in love with my friend's Niece, she was just finishing from University of Ibadan then i was already working . We both love one another so dearly.
We started dating and my friend was very cool with it because before then I had been a very good friend to the entire family and they all love me.

When i proposed to her, she told me to do my genotype test and i had to do it just to discover that I am AS. When i told her, she was very silent and told her mum cos she was very confused.

I had to do the test 3 times and really beleived God that it would change. But it never did !

She did not accept my proposal because she grew up with another uncle of hers who is SS, so she grew up seeing alot of SS crisis and i didnt blame her at all

We both parted and a i prayed for her that God will give her a man of her dreams. We both cried cos we were both disappointed even though we were both beleivers.

Guess what? I later met about 4 lovely good damsels that i would have married but all of them were also AS

Well, am happily married now to a very wonderful lady with a lovely son and i still pray for her to get a good man for a husband.
My wife is AA.

@D.diamond

So what if men cry?
There is no real man that has never cried.

If you truly love someone and you had to part with her , whats wrong shedding some tears except the love is not pure and if you have never experienced pure love then am so sorry for you. Cos you need to hang out with good friends

People make it a big deal when men cry, and this is why a lot of guys are forced to put up a front while they suffer in silence.

It is normal to cry when you have a heart.

I cried when we lost a pregnancy after 6months and my wife was stuck in the intensive care unit for weeks with wires running all over her body. That was not anything I was used to - she has always been my superwoman.

Pls avoid long distance relationships - there is no good in it. It leaves too much room for unwanted things to creep in.

I can understand if you are married or already have kids.

Re: Guys: Have You Ever Cried Over A Girl by unclebros: 3:42pm On Feb 09, 2010
I wonder why people think men should not cry?

Jesus cried when his close friend Lazarus died, the friend could have been a lady too!
Re: Guys: Have You Ever Cried Over A Girl by kabarka(m): 3:43pm On Feb 09, 2010

That may be 4 those loving wit all

Pls in this age learn to reserved a space

you have that small space to run to in ur heart.

Re: Guys: Have You Ever Cried Over A Girl by unclebros: 3:47pm On Feb 09, 2010
I can never forget her , she was my girlfriend, she got saved before me and she prayed for me till i got saved too.
She died of a protracted illness , we really trusted God for healing but she died, what do you think?

I cried like a baby for a lady that loved me so much to pray me into God's kingdom, I am forever grateful.
Each time I remembered her, I still feel the chills over my body, who know she could have been my wife today.
Re: Guys: Have You Ever Cried Over A Girl by kokoye(m): 3:51pm On Feb 09, 2010
I once got into a hot argument with some lady back in the days. She started saying all sorts then locked the door when she realised I wanted to leave the apartment. To cut the long story short, I was forced to push her against the wall - the wooden wall cracked she but she not hurt in anyway.

The gravity of what I'd done sunk in and I sat down on the floor sobbing. She saw this and realised she caused it - she joined me on the floor begging and crying as well.

Of course I broke the relationship - I cannot be with a lady who wants me to hurt her before she calms down.

Yes. i cried when i discovered that the woman i love and like to spend the rest of my life with we are both AS genotype. we both tried to continue but we were counseled not to even tried it. we prayed for one of us to turn to AA but we just have to let go.

She cried and try to convinced me to continue but, i have to cry for leaving her now than to cry on innocent child with SS in the future.
