he told me that they Army officers from the ranks of 2nd lieutenant to General had a meeting with COAS burutai and he told them that they should take his brothers serious and start relocating their loved ones from the north this is a very confidential meeting but as a friend he told me that i should inform any of my people in the north to come back.
