so I want to embark on the journey of natural hair I heard it's hard and stuffs I am on low cut and I plait my hair with rubber I saturate my hair with palm kernel oil on my wash day I wash my hair twice a week I use mixture of Shea butter olive oil and hemp as my hair cream I don't know what else I am missing please drop your natural hair regimen advice needed thanks

Taking care of natural hair isn't really hard.

Usually my hair regime is
-Moisturize hair as needed *seal with shea butter and oil*
- Condition once weekly
- Protein treatment or hot oil or deep conditioning treatment once a month.

- Sometimes I randomly trim my ends


*I need hair regime for hair in cornrows.

My hair grew much better and became healthier when I went natural. But I've also seen people with healthy and long relaxed hair.

Hair will grow at the same rate,breakage is what determines length retention.
