On the 20th of July 2017. I placed an order on Innjoo L200 phone via Jumia and a payment was made online with a confirmation alert from Jumia that an order has been made. I chose to pick-up my package in one of the Jumia pick-up stations in Wuse 2 Banex Abuja.

I visited the pick – up station for my package after I got a text to come and pick-up my package but I was told that Jumia hasn’t sent my package. I complained to Jumia customer care on Monday last week and I was told that they mistakenly took my package to another pick –up station in Kigoma Street, Abuja. The lady asked if I can go and pick it up there, I said no because the place is too far. So, she promised to transfer it back to my preferred pick-up station before last week Friday, but to my dismay, Jumia is yet to deliver my package after payment from 20th of July till date.

I need to report Jumia officially to appropriate authorities for the inconveniences. Please which organization is the best to report Jumia to, and how can my package be delivered since Jumia is not replying to my mails and I can’t reach Jumia via their lines?
