Do you even know the definition of passive income, can you earn money as an uber driver if you are sleeping at home? Can you earn money from voice overs if you are playing football? Rental income is the only qualified passive earner there.

Passive means, 'relax while your money or investments work for you' . Rental property is a very good example. Investment in quoted company stocks. Intellectual property. Hire Purchase investment. etc

Good insight. Even though, most Nigerians don't do shopping online, I have since discovered that a sizeable number of the people still engage in bulk SMS businesses.
