Don't you want to have that one body you always dream of? I mean muscles and physical fitness. Here are some workout for you.

1. Stretch: this one is vital before any workout should be done.
2. Press up: this is one of the exercise that the world knows as the famous cause even the little ones knows and practice like often. Press is mainly to be done in the morning for it strenghten your chest and arm muscles for the new day.
3. Sit up: You will need this to get that your dream flat belly you always think of and the packs (the ladies fav) lol.
