You can just log on to the website and see if you could live chat one of their agent online or get their contact before they process the transaction...

Also, when I called asos...they said I should contact my bank and police station??

Is there any need to contact police station??
Go to a GTB branch nearest to you and have the card hotlisted
Fill a form and list all the unauthorized transactions.
Go to a police station and get a police report
Get Asos email, email them a picture of the card, police report, one of your internationally recognized id and an email that you never authorized those transactions.
Do this fast before the order is processed.

hahahahah... this your comment here just shows how naive. You are. Damn!

When you ladies wouldn't update yourself with happenings of the world, this is the result. But i am sure you know a lot about celebrities and their songs and movies. You know the latest fashion, best outing spots, cinemas, best best makeup styles and hair styles...

Well, u do not need any PIN to use a card online. Everything needed is visible on that card.

The first thing you should have done when u found out was to contact your bank to deactivate the card.

I contacted them and I was told only the bank can do something about it....that my bank should contact them.

Why is your bank being difficult? I had such an issue with my Standard Chartered bank card and they immediately delisted the card and halted all pending transactions. Transactions stay for 24 hrs before they are released to the other party. They refunded my money although they took a charge for stopping the transactions or was it because the transactions were exchanged at a lower exchange rate.
