Go to the nearest WAEC office, with a copy of your original birth certificate, declaration of age, court affidavit ... it will cost you N10,050... the N50 is for stamp ...be ready to wait for another 10 to 12 month for the new certificate to be ready. Note, the original certificate will be collected from you immediately.
