Good people, i need advice on this, my younger brother is a gospel artist, he wants to shoot his video abroad. He wants to know the necessary things he should do to make it a success and also visa requirements for artists.

Hello that's a good idea. However in this case you need to define the quality of the picture you intend to have since your budget dictates the kind of camera the lighting, the decorations and the script (scenario).however based on my experience I recommend Ukraine as compared to many other European countries where the price will be many times more while the quality is the same.
