Pls come to my aid,

My elder brother in New Jersey send me laptop through United State Postal Service ( USPS ), the parcel arrived Nigeria since on the 1st of August and the parcel was transferred to Nigeria Customs for clearance since 3rd of August,2017. Till today no update information when a track the parcel still showing that the parcel is still with Nigeria Customs for clearance purposes.
I am confused can anyone with such experience should please help me out on how to go about the parcel.

My elder brother went to the office in New Jersey to complain, the USPS agent told him that Nigeria is the most corrupt country that maybe one of the custom officer has pick it up for personal use.

Pls help me let's redeem the image of our country Nigeria the giant of Africa.
