Verma Trading company specializes in buying agricultural produce like Ginger, Palm Kernel, Rubber, Garlic, Charcoal, cotton, Cashew nuts, Snails etc for packaging and exporting. We are looking for agents to help us source produce of good quality at favourable prices. Commissions from 5% is payable to agent if produce meet our purchase standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Help in the sourcing of agricultural produce from rural areas

- Negotiate for favourable quantity of produce

- Maintain good relationship with farm owners and suppliers

- Search for other sources of produce with quality or price advantage

- Representative of the firm in the rural community


JOB REQUIREMENT

- Senior Secondary School Leaving certificate or a higher degree

- Good people skills

- Fluency in English and native language of the sourcing community

- Good negotiation skills
