Grease your Palm adequately with the Shea Butter. Tenderly grip the shaft of your penis with your left hand. This you do by forming a ring with your thumb and the fore finger.

Rub some Shea butter on your penis and gently stretch it from the shaft to the cap repeatedly. DO NOT APPLY TOO MUCH PRESSURE.
