Job Summary

Assist the Head Legal in developing case information, evidence, settlement options and tracking cases

Job Responsibilities

Keep cases organized by establishing and organizing files, monitoring calendars, meeting deadlines, documenting actions and inputting information into file database

Support in preparing case summaries and materials for mediation conferences, preparing pleadings, obtaining discovery responses and organizing materials for team case review.

Enhances trial proceedings by organizing evidence; preparing exhibits, scheduling witnesses, ensuring that witnesses are ready when needed and taking courtroom notes.

All other tasks assigned by the Head of Legal.

Qualifications and Required Skills

Law Degree from a reputable institution
Minimum of 0-1 years of working experience
Must be smart with excellent communication skills
Keen attention to details
