We don't care about the whole Niger delta. We only want our igbo brothers who live in the Niger delta. The rest are free to join if they want. Biafra won't be forced on any group of people.

I know in your heart, you don't believe what you just said. IGR is not a measure of economic output. It's all about taxes that the government collects. There is no economist in the world that uses IGR or taxation To determine economic activity.
