Says who? His Father Oba Erediauwa actually mixed with the people more than any in recent history. It's the grandfather Oba Akenzua that didn't really mix .. Though he use to come out once in a while like for Independence Day in the Stadium etc.. I think this particular Oba will be like in between. By the way by saying "The Oba doesnt leave his Palace" I dont think people meant that he remains there forever... It's more like he doesnt go about Partying, or attends every occassion. Ofcause the Oba leaves the Palace sometimes
