Kindly note that we are not requiring an MT 760 or MT 799.
What the Seller requires is an ATV (Authority To Verify) bank to bank.
The buyer does not need to Swift any instrument to Seller
What we want to know is the capability of buyer to purchase 2 million
barrels of crude oil. Once we confirm bank to bank, the money will be
blocked in the buyer's account and then we will finance the delivery
of 24 million barrels to your buyer's port of destination through our
financier, Westpac Bank in Australia and New Capital. The buyer will
have absolutely nothing to lose.

The ATV is not a swift, it is a fund blocked in the buyer's account.
If your client can work with this,we will send the verbiage then we
can do business. The bank has to be a top 25 bank, not just a Chinese
bank.

Our price is 4gross,2 net to the buyer.
