Good morning friends.

This is a simple suggestion to the Federal Government of Nigeria on how best to handle nnamdi kanu, leader of ipob, after a first failed attempt.

1. Demystification
It wasn't attempted initially, however fate has presented another opportunity to get it right.

Kanu should not just be rearrested. Kanu should be both arrested alongside some of his simplest supporters. The ones who can best be described as illiterate okada and Keke riders. When this is done, he should be paraded with these folks in cuffs on singlet and boxers live on national TV.

After assuming the position of king and god, I can assure you that this is going to break him and his followers.
Afterwards every news or broadcast to be made about IPOB should have that picture as the brand for the group.

2. Divide and rule

Simplest strategy of them all. Recruit a loyal and popular leader, say someone like the head of the bss, or raise another prominent figure ( through IPOB inspired musical entertainment) in whom the people can repose a form of trust and hope. When he gets to his peak, let him disagree with the current leadership and tussle for power with no intention of forming a new group. Rather opting to stay within the canopy of IPOB and have it leak from within.

3. Give the folks the REFERENDUM they so desire! It's really not by force to remain a part of the country. If they're dissatisfied and you can't satisfy them, then give them what they want.

However this shouldn't come under any form of talks with kanu. Get the dude(kanu) arrested, put him in a state of zero contact with the outside world, and identify a young and relatively unknown lady to lead the talks with the FG on how the REFERENDUM should be carried out.

4. Educate the folks who do not yet know that based on The 1982 UN Convention on Law of The Sea. Our Offshore Oil Wells Automatically Become Disputed Territory once we Have Biafra and Niger Delta Republic?
