pls fellow nairalanders my infinix joy pad is attacked by virus. The major problem I am having now is that any pix I snap will be immediately corrupted. if I download pix online it will get corrupt in less than 20 seconds. If someone transfers an app to me, after installing the app and I want to open it the app will show a message indicating that the app was not installed and cannot open. I cannot even download app from Google play store. pls I need help to solve this problem. pls if you have a competent software engineer that handle this problem pls we can discuss

Have you tried to factory set the phone?? If not try it could help.
