Capitalism encourages hire to fire. He should just move on and hope for better things.

In a country where the rights of citizens are not valued and employees are treated as slaves, this shouldn't come as a shock to many.
A layoff spree occurred yesterday in Nigeria's only sports radio station, Brila FM. This was confirmed by the host of one of the most popular radio shows in the country: Popular Side.
Murphy Ijemba aka radio paparazi took to twitter to express his displeasure with the CEO, Larry Izamoje and the management of Brila FM. Murphy accused Big Larry of being an enemy of progress and an idea thief due to encouraging other staffs to copy his peculiar style of radio presenting.
Other personalities like Sean Amadi, Ese Oghene, and Suo were among those who faced the unjust treatment.
You can follow the drama on Murphy's twitter @radiopaparazi
No need to sound so bitter after being sacked. He was being paid for those ideas he claim they copied and as long as he doesn't have a contract that says Brila FM could not use his style of presenting after his exit, he should just behave like a professional and look for somewhere better to work.

I guess you are one of those employers who treat people that work for u as objects.
In saner countries, people are sued and made to pay trillions for idea theft.

I'm not one of them o. I treat my employees as best as I can. But the fact remains that some employees are dumb, they rely on sentiments (eg, "God forbid!" or "He will not do it, he's a good man" ) instead of just taking the appropriate steps to protect themselves (like getting a patent for their ideas and inventions, or insisting on signing a valid legal contract before commencing a job). Some employees don't even bother to collect their employment letter!
