NigelCundy:No need to sound so bitter after being sacked. He was being paid for those ideas he claim they copied and as long as he doesn't have a contract that says Brila FM could not use his style of presenting after his exit, he should just behave like a professional and look for somewhere better to work. |

NigelCundy:I'm not one of them o. I treat my employees as best as I can. But the fact remains that some employees are dumb, they rely on sentiments (eg, "God forbid!" or "He will not do it, he's a good man" ) instead of just taking the appropriate steps to protect themselves (like getting a patent for their ideas and inventions, or insisting on signing a valid legal contract before commencing a job). Some employees don't even bother to collect their employment letter! |
