Report reaching me from Android Police indicates that Google is on the verge to acquire HTC. The company has felt major decline in revenue recently. The decline continues in August this year despite released of its flagship phone HTC U11 which was taught that its sales will revamped the company.

The deal to acquired HTC by Google may has reached its final stage according to the leak. And sources from Chinese-language Commercial Times and DigiTimes. In the deal, Google will not be acquiring HTC Virtual Reality department, says Android Police.
