Matthew 26:28 for this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins Mark 14:24 And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many Luke 22:20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you

OLD TESTAMENT - lets see what the scriptures has to say about the New Covenant, and you can use your own brain to decide if it fits with what the new testament says:

Jeremiah 31:31-34 31 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord: 33 but this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Let's address the prophet Jeremiah first. Couple of takeaways:
(1) the "new covenant" prophesied will be "new" in relation to the one given to the Israelites by the hand of Moses, as per verse 32. The initial covenant was made with Israel (not with world), and so too is the "new covenant". Let that sink in.

(2) the prophesy has not yet been fulfilled yet, clearly. After all, you are still evangelising. God will place his law in our ("our" being Israel) hearts so we do not need to be taught, verse 34

The "New Testament/covenant" spoken of in New Testament seems to be saying it is "new", but it did not achieve those things mentioned in Jeremiah.

Your quote above is referring to scriptures like:

...Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue: And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring: -Numbers 15:38-39

...Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates: -Deut.11:18-20


They used to do all the above so as not to forget the commandments.

…Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament (covenant); not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.- 2Cor.3:6,

… A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them., -Eze.36:26-27

… And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you…. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. – John 14:16-20

It’s either you have a NEW COVENANT MINISTRY or your own ministry.

Using the new testament to proove the new testament doesn't make sense.

I ask you, what is written by the prophets Ezekiel and Jeremiah, does that reflect what we see TODAY?

Do you have those very same laws they refer to in your heart? Do you sin no more? (and don't give me that grace crap).

We have the whole world in this confusion. Meanwhile, these words were meant only for the children of promise. lol
