I keep trying to tell myself this picture must be some kind of fabrication. I am hoping. “Horror along lagos- benin expressway!!! Man’s inhumanity to man. A bus was ambushed by armed robbers, the passengers were robbed and despoiled, those that had nothing to give were asked to lie down on the road face down and the driver olln gun point was commanded by the robbers to drive the bus over them!!!! The country is a madhouse. The armed robbers can get away with this because of the bad roads and lack of decent transportation. AND LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT ANXIOUS TO GET THE BADAGRY EXPRESSWAY DONE IS BEING THREATENED BY THE DISHONORABLE MINISTER OF WORKS. There are so many stories surrounding that picture. Some say they were travellers running to the East during one of the amajiri riots in the North last year and were captured by Islamists; some claim it happened last week while others claim it happened last year. Nigerians keep making up stories to paint their own country bad. How will an investor visit your country after reading these lies on the internet?. OMG!! What is this?? This is so crazy, I'm just speechless. Yes, Nigeria is that bad but these robbers are worse. Those people on the bus are not even well-to-do, I'm sure. Why??!? I don't get it. Why take out such wicked act on your fellow struggling citizens? So so sad. And they never wonder why the country is still where it is today after all these inhumane acts. |

I dont think the origin is necessary, the fact that this ever happened is the important point. Whether we like it or not The governemt of Nigeria is responsible for such failings. Benin- Lagos road is notorious for all sorts of things, and the sooner Nigerians as a people rise up and claim their country the better for everyone. This is just sick, why has Nigeria sunk so low. Why are people doing this to other people, May the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace. |
