Reason for sales: Switching back to android platform. So much limitations on this iOS. I can't deal abeg.

Ps: You may need to unlock it if you intend downloading apps from AppStore. The person that gifted me this phone won't give me the iCloud password.

bro,don't bother selling if it is iCloud locked....No one will by that for security reasons.....unlocking iCloud will cost you the price of an iPhone 5s

To unlock iCloud is over #50,000
Nobody buys iCloud locked iphone 4s.

If its iphone 6 icloud lock YOU could get 20k maximium

Wow!!!

But it's not like I can't access the phone per say.

Except for the fact that I can't download from the AppStore, I use it for other stuffs like Whatsapp, browsing Instagram and shii. Except Facebook sha.

I seriously do have to read up on this Iphone nonsense.

You do not sell an iCloud locked phone or buy....whoever is buying has no privacy!!!you must not take pictures or videos!!!Even you location can easily b tracked by whoever has the iCloud password!!!!

Thanks for this. Although the phone was gifted by a friend. I don't think she will have reason for all these.
I'll have to consider selling as parts as I don't wish to continue using this phone this way.

Your phone isn't iCloud locked. The phone's apple password is probably what's giving you issues as it has to be entered to enable you make purchases on the appstore and maybe do a phone reset. Where you'll have problems is if you accidentally lock yourself out and need to reset your phone.
An iPhone without an apple password can be used conveniently but it is a ticking time bomb as it's hardly yours.

If you truly know the original owner, then give it to him to remove his password - that's the only way. If you attempt a reset, you'll be permanently locked out then you'll know what it means to really be iCloud locked!
