Hi all, My son will turn 1 soon. Im not in a position to throw a party for him so instead i want to use the money to invest for him. Im considering an education savings account or starting a share account in his favour with a stock broker. What's the best option please. Other suggestions are welcome Many thanks |

If you are in the US the most straight forward thing will be 529s or UGMAs. Both my boys have UGMA's and I buy stocks in them. When they attain the age of majority the account becomes their responsibility. |
