There are lot of things u do not know.
Can u use part of ur montly pay to do govt work? if yes fine but if no, pls stop blaming them rather the fed govt that have refused to fund them.
The type of police a govt want is what she will get.
If I am a detective & a need arised that should take me fr Abj to Lagos. I should use my monthly pay to do it, as u are very sure u will never, ever be refunded
Blame the govt & the system.
