Nigerian youths home and abroad in the stakeholders meeting of fish farmers empowerment program powerfully facilitated by AFAN (Agricultural Farmers Association of Nigeria) in partnership with Directorate of Agricultural and Natural Resources, National Youth Council of Nigeria and Joint Farmers Cooperative Society of Nigeria powered by Federal Ministry of Agricultural.
This is a plus to Nigerian youth with the involvement of an Europe based organization involved in training and empowering one thousand five hundred(1500) youth in each state of the federation.
There are two phases of empowerment in this program.
First is empowerment of fish farmers across the federation and the second is empowerment of interested youth in fish farming Nigeria.
It is of Note, to know Interested youths most be willing to relocate to designated areas.(Farm villages)

The first one involve fish farmers; this will integrate them into the CBN anchor borrower program for funding.
The second phase involve youth who are interested in fish farming; they will be provided with all needful including accommodation for a year in the farm village settlement for fish farmers.
The process of enrollment involve a from of 1k and for the fish farmers CBN program attract another 7k for there documentation.
