Some drivers see putting on seatbelt as doing a favour to the FRSC officials. That is why you see many drivers horridly put on their seatbelt whenever they site FRSC check point and remove it after being checked. There are a lot of preventable deaths in this country. We need attitudinal change.

In my own POV, she was in a haste to reach the market and buy stuffs to her children going back to school the next day, she started dangerous overtaking, saw the big truck want to fall back to line, other vehicles didn't agree and we all know how stubborn truck drivers are because there's enough space for the truck to avoid head on head hit.. Rip
