Al- Jazeera, is most unrealistic, unfair to have referred to PMB's speech at the United Nation General Assembly, as watery and uninspiring. Yes, he focused on North Korea and world peace instead of totally speaking about Nigeria it policies, achievements and challenges. The centre piece of the address is not out of place going by the consequences of North Korea/America face off to the world, Africa and Nigeria in particular.

Give it to the president that he chose to be statesmanly, instead of being parochial. At least, he begged to differ from the yearly norm where African leaders are at the beck and call of their counterparts..... What had been the gains of discussing Nigerian issues alone at such assembly.

Pundits had gone further to enumerate the number of times the word Nigeria appeared in our President's address forgetting that the number of times is inconsequential to the benefits that follows suits.

Can the world leaders, America in particular give Nigeria the deserved Peace, the answer is no, if they know where to get peace, I am sure America will buy it all.....so why blame the President when we have home grown solutions to our myriad of issues.
