We Nigerian are typically verbose but the world is changing and modern day consumer is not very patient. We want things done quickly. No one likes reading a long article on any issue.

Most Nigerian brands still don't get it, they believe in bringing clarity to bear on their service offerings via lengthy literature. While detailed information sharing is good, you must first of all catch the attention of your audience. Some companies are getting it right by implementing 30s animation intro that tells the visitors about their service in a concise interesting manner.

My advice is simple, optimize your brand and logo to scratch the cognitive itch of customers in order to lead them to take a positive action.

Here are two samples of sites using this method to catch their customers attention. xdplanners.com, roundedgeservices.com.

It is quite noticeable that their logos were brought to life through animation; designed to strike a cognitive itch with visitor. Humans love repetition, easy to understand and drawn to optics that appeal to our sense of calm and harmony.
