quick question, as a lecturer, when you come across this sort of write up but the student knows what he is writing about in your course, do you mark the student down or just over look it?

if you can't write good English, then you can't read English properly. All the books that you read to develop your mind are written in english. If you can't understand them then you can't develop your mind and you remain dumb. I hate to say this but in Nigeria, English language proficiency is a measure of intelligence. And that is a fact.
