PayPal.com is one of the most important URL for anyone making/receiving payments online. Sometime ago, PayPal was totally restricted in Nigeria. During that period, a new user would not even see Nigeria in the Country list while trying to sign up i.e. it was impossible to register as a Nigerian. In recent times however, this restriction was lifted and now a Nigerian can sign-up (Provide link). The question is why do we still keep receiving impression that PayPal is blacklisted in Nigeria and people still going the stealth-method. Is that still necessary. Are there implications signing-up as a Nigerian. Responses are welcome from experienced and long time users. I hand the mic over.

You can make payment with nigeria paypal but its not having a recieving features to recieve payment online..

If you want to pay with it, its available to Nigerians and I do recommend it as it prevents you from credit card theft and also being scammed online.
With PayPal, i usually get a refund on things I bought that are not working as said as long as I can prove it.

If you want to receive money with it they, of course, have frowned at Nigerian just like any reputable service does due to bad Nigerians using it to do bad things.
This has destroyed a lot of opportunities for genuine people like you and me who want wants to use it for good reason.
It is good to have a PayPal that can receive money as it opens a lot of opportunities for you to earn online as most companies and individual loves to pay with because of the name and convenience it offer.
So what is the solution to this
