They are having a case challenge where a team of 2 or 3 members are expected to come up with an innovative business plan to solve a social problem using one of their health or hygiene products. the team with the winning idea gets to go to Dubai to represent Nigeria and compete with other finalists from South Africa, India and Brazil. then after the competition, they are recruited to work in the company.
