I don't quite agree with you, I have been using localbitcoins for over a year, I understand admin can be quite strict if you don't follow site rules.

Before trading with anyone on Localbitcoins I suggest you check the persons feedback to see what other traders are saying about them

There other good exchange site in Nigeria you can buy bitcoin from like bitkonga and nairaex, their rate may be slightly high though
