Why did I choose to cite his background, because this evil, useless country always destroys the reputation of the best among us who sacrificed their career abroad to come back to serve their country. As with Professor Bath Nnaji, Aruma Oteh, Okonjo Iweala, Diezani Madueke, you will be ridiculed, caricatured and disgraced.

Take a look at Dr. Kachukwu, a man who has worked hard all his life, a brilliant genius, a powerful lawyer for corporations and oil companies in America whose specialty was on overseeing contracts, that's what he taught at Harvard University before Major Oil companies saw the genius in him and hired him. This is a man that his judgement his being questioned. Dr. Kachukwu knows how these contracts are administered and awarded, this is what he has done all his life...FOR MAJOR OIL COMPANIES; EXXONMOBIL, TEXACO and in consulting capacity for several oil companies around the world, his judgement is now being ridiculed and kicked to the curb. I feel sorry for him, this is what you get for serving this useless country.

Typical Hausa-Fulani attack; they go and pay unions upon unions to side with GMD NNPC Mr. Baru, deceiving gullible and dumb Nigerians to psychologically make you believe Baru is right because paid unions are siding with him. Here is a man(Mr. Baru) without the educational qualification and professional background to come near to Dr. Kachukwu in an egalitarian and fair society, let alone sit in a executive board with him all in the name of quota system and One Nigeria, has guts to challenge a professor of contract law at Harvard; the best institution in the world. I SPIT ON THIS COUNTRY AND HER CITIZENS.

Dr. Kachukwu, LISTEN TO ME NOW, honorably resign like Dr. Bath Nnaji and go back to America, just like him and Aruma Oteh did. You are dealing with animals in the zoo who will bring you down at all cost because they want to maintain the status quo to continue to launder billions of dollars in their pockets. The same animals are the ones haunting down Diezani Maduke today, whom like you was a graduate of Howard University in America in Architecture and rose to become senior executive at Shell Petroleum, only to be ridiculed, caricatured and disgraced...ALL BECAUSE SHE WANTS TO SERVE HER COUNTRY? Anyone of higher intellect and professional background thinking about serving this country, you are an idiot and a fool!

It is too late now. He is already deep in this mess. He should fight it to the end. Nigerians don't like people who run away when the heat is up. He should defend himself, his ministry and also exonerate himself of this mess before leaving.

You cannot fight these people. Prof. Bath Nnaji tried it but at some point realize, I have to leave these anaimals alone. Mrs. Arumah Oteh fought them through out her tenure, she finally packed and said...I'm done with this country. You cannot fight with these people not because you can't win but because most Nigerians and workers at NNPC reason like these people too.

He shoouldn't have accepted to combine being GMD and minister of state when the list was drawn up....it was simply too much power. It was a greek gift but he too loved the power as he became alpha and omega of the Petroleum industry and Buhari gave him free hand. I would hazard a guess that even Diezani wasn't that powerful. He enjoyed the powers of the office of GMD and Baru is following the same script.

He should have resigned immediately Baru was appointed and he wasn't upgraded to substantive minister as it was obvious it was a relegation. How many of us know who minister of state for Works, finance etc are? even Hadi Sirika, minister of state (Aviation), who should have some degree of autonomy is groaning under Amaechi.

Resign, there is no good life attached to that the position of Junior Minister that he has not tasted and can't still afford given his pedigree. I was surprised he came low to work with Buhari.

These northern kinsmen(Cabal) are mostly trabalistic with ethnic miscreants parading themselves as score northern kinsmen of buhar, at the same time this clowns (bigots) are chanting one nigeria, deceiving gullible nigerians with mediocrity and the biggest "Scam" called "Restructuring"...................it a shame kachikwu is being treated like a caststrated toothless bulldog after all his selfless service to this government, like negotiating with the militants to stop attacks on pipelines, returning oil production to 2.2m barrel from 1.4m, negotiating with OPEC to exclude nigeria from oil production cut, including prosmsing to ban petroluem import by 2019 to acchieve self surffiency, upon all this services to this fvcking government buhari is still bent on keeping mute to protect the interest of his core northern kinsmen.......................

And now that the cattle rearer with 'superman' powers has messed him up, what will he do? Take a catapult and go and fight him? Abi you don't know what executive President means?

A wise man exits a battle he's doomed to lose and I expect Kachikwu to know. It was simply a power play and baru had his revenge for Kachikwu's earlier triumph.

Do you think a gworo chewing semi illiterate, fundamentally ignorant, islamically inclined dullard whose highest qualification was a secondary school certificate in which he scored F9 in Arithmetics can appreciate the importance of surrounding himself with intelligent people?
In a way I'm actually glad this is happening. Let the Dullard replace the eminent Dr Kachikwu with that MURIC idiot whose idea of restructuring Nigeria is the creation of Sharia Courts in yoruba land.
Those are the kind of low IQ Nigerians that the dullard can flow with.

If I yab this man now you go say I get bad mouth.

With all his knowledge of Law, he goofed with knowing his own legal position in the grand scheme of things.

I'm not saying he's not an intelligent man but I fear he has applied sentiment rather than fact in his present capacity.

Mr Op.Baru and co. are not saying that Kachikwu is wrong or not intelligent, but the thing is, what oyinbo calls protocol is what is referred to here as tradition.

That is,happenings don't necessarily need to follow common sense, but they follow orders from above.

Kachikwu can resign and save himself further caricature!!!

Brother if you see amount of money involved then you know why bros can not just leave like that... do you know how many decades it will take to get such money in Harvard.. Such money even blood money cant give you biko except you want to use a whole village...

Joke aside Nigeria is not a Zoo.. I dont have any issue if a particular section of the country wants to opt out and am sure several individuals but using derogatory words on Nigeria as an entity will further compound the issue. You need more lobbying and reachout to other parts of Nigeria to achieve this remember 2/3 of states house of Assembly must support this at some point. Please a lot of us may have reservation regarding how the country is being governed especially with the current leadership but it does not make it less a nation.

Everyone knows the buck lies on Mr President Buhari's table to fix Nigeria. Sentiment asides if the President wants to fix Nigeria he would.. What happens to the power to hire and fire ? What happens to accountability not story telling that is the order of the day. Forget National Assembly a sitting President will bring them down and cut their excesses allocation and no Jupiter will impeach him once he has Nigerian masses supporting him. This has happened in several countries hence Nigeria can never be an exception..

Put a Private sector individual in that seat of Nigerian President and see result...

Private sector is what is drives Nigerian Economy forget Oil revenue is grossly under declared..

If he likes let him go back to wherever we don't care.
When we were crying for him to handle us gently fom his high places he ignored us basking in the euphoria of the czar in our oil sector, now the cabal has shown him that he just a nobody as far as Naija is concerned.

If tries anything funny Baru should sue him for defamation of character.
