An healthy life is very special to me. We have all been through many things we always pray to never happen to us again, here are mine:


1. Schizophrenia: This one happened to me last year, when i asked for advice i will be told it's spiritual attack. When i'm alone, i usually heard voices both familiar ones and strange. At night the hallucinations were nulli secondus.


2. Constipation: The moment you want to poo and you can not poo. To mess sef na problem. After somedays i had to do something about it...the most disgusting thing i've ever done.


3. Warts: This thing grew on my skin for 5 years until i finally cure it. Even when you cut it, it will always grow back. why


4. Tinnitus: I'm that dude who loves silence but when this symptom knack me ehn?? I hated anything called silence. I'll always hear this noise in my ear, believe me it was hell on earth.
