It’s important to assess your breast regularly so you can identify any possible problems in your breasts and get them checked out as soon as possible. This means getting used to your normal breast, and examining them regularly for any changes.

It is important that women of 50 years and above should attend breast cancer screening. And a mammogram should be carried after every three early to check for any early signs of cancer.
