I heard some states don't pay at all.

don't blame the man
dat state is the lowest state to collect allocation from FG if u check monthly allocation
compare to my state Bayelsa that is among the 5 even 3rd state wit the highest revenue from FG compare to Lagos
the governor is stingy like mad

Lagos State pays corps members (though not all). I'm paid 15k monthly.
