A new video released on March 13, 2010, by the online jihad forum group Ansar Al-Mujahideen has called for more violence against Christians in Nigeria. The Arabic language video is titled "A New Wound: Nigeria."

Is this the rapture?
(AP Photo/Gbenga Akinbule)This video makes the statement that Nigeria is an important Islamic battleground and puts forth their belief that “jihad” (holy war) against Nigerian Christians is the only reasonable answer to address a growing Christian influence in the country.

This threat comes on the heels of the massacre of hundreds of Christians, many of them women and children, near the town of Jos, in central Nigeria.

According to the Ansar Al-Mujahideen, "Negotiations, dialogues and protests will not stop the advancement of the enemies and their massacres." He goes on to say, "Nothing will stop them but the sword and the spear."

Despite news reports of violence aimed against Christians around the world, the mainstream American “Church” continues to teach that believers will be “raptured” before they will have to face martyrdom. This escapist doctrine is not in line with what we were promised by Christ as the end times approach:

John 16:2

The authorities are there, waiting to set up a Panel of Inquiry after the carnage. But right now, money must be laundered, girls must be messed around with, useless foreign trips must be made, etc.

They will end up killing themselves, not Nigerian Christians
