The Officers/Men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps are grumbling over the withheld cooperative deductions which has not been remitted to the state cooperative for the past four months.
A reliable source on the ground of anonymity from the National Headquarters, said the cash has been diverted by NSCDC Boss & Civilian Head of Finance and Account to pay the underground recruits which he the NSCDC Boss personal recruited in 2016 & 2017.
The State cooperative is redundant for three good months, no trading, no money to lend to the cooperators. Meanwhile a latter has been sent to the various states that is involve according to the source, that the delay was because of Network or server error and the relocation of their National Headquarters to Sauka which was carried out after two months after they stop remitting money to the cooperating states.
It was also gathered from this source in the NSCDC National Headquarters Sauka, that after the court ordered the NSCDC Boss to pay in areas the reinstated ACG Igbiriki, who was embattled and demoted wrongly without the knowledge of the federal government for five years. The NSCDC Boss is yet to obey the court order.
The Officers/Men of NSCDC cooperative is pleading with President Mohammadu Buhari to look into this matter and take necessary action. EFCC should also take Note..
The source said that Underground Recruitment is still going on in NSCDC now, he added people without connection can't work in this country again.

The Management of the Corps, explained this at the Corps National Headquarters in Abuja

Corps emphasised that the Cooperative funds is mainly managing by the executive of the Cooperative and co-operative deductions of all categories of officers national-wide are pay directly into Corps’ cooperative’s account.

The Management was astonished by the rumours among some people that the cooperative funds have been diverted by NSCDC Boss & Civilian Head of Finance and Account to pay the underground recruits which he the NSCDC Boss personal recruited in 2016 & 2017.

The Corps appealed to Nigerians to ignore and disregard rumours of recruitment or replacement by the NSCDC; insisting that it is an attempt by mischief makers to dent the image of the Corps and its management.

On the Matter of ACG Igbiriki, the management said the corps has since complied with the court order and all necessary action have been taken.

The Management further explains that, the corps enrolment into the technology-based Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System, IPPIS is a great added advantage for the corps for accuracy and efficiency, expressed optimism that the introduction of IPPIS would help entrench high level of efficiency, and remove all the recalling issues with salary deductions and others. “For us as a government institution, we have seen the value of it, even before it starts working”.

The management made it known that the corps is being underpaid, and necessary action has been taken to that effect and also urging the Federal Government to increase funding for the corps.

I am a member of this corp, i have worked in NSCDC National Headquarters, i know the politics played in this corp, so stop defending him.
Concerning ACG Igbiriki case, Nothing has been done, even to pay him the normal monthly salary since he resume, your faithful boss has not.
If you keep on Lying and defending them, your end is near, because you will be the next victim.
If the CG hands is not in the cooperative money, why can't He order the remission of the cooperative money to the various states and save cooperators from suffer.

Tell Him to stop telling us Story, we have educated officers in the corp.. we can't be deceived any more..
If after October payment comes, no remission to states, more petition will be forwarded to EFCC for investigations on this issue, we can't be contributing and suffering.
