The bible says they were "nayked but they didnt know it" (something like that).
Why didnt they know that they were nayked?
It doesnt say.
Most people think this statement is literal. Adam's dick was swaying and Eve's boobs were swinging and all was well?
Maybe it couldve been something different.
I may be wrong and things could just have been as it literally is quoted in the bible or it may deeper than we think.
so case 1) Adam n eve were stark nayked,in their birth day suites, and all was well.
If this is so, they didnt know it,because, they didnt know they shouldnt have been nayked,bcause they had no knowledge of evil?
They had the same innocence lil babies have. A lil baby isnt self conscious until taught to.
Infact in some very remote villages,
women arent self conscious about going topless. The men there dont drool as young women go by-topless.
The women bath in the same way.
But a city dweller going to such a place will express his shock and maybe from him, those people will learn that there's more to boobs than they thought.
More invasion of city dwellers and the corruption in the city dwellers will be passed on the innocent primitive people.
Soon, porn and all sorts of sexual deviances that were formerly unheard of will be thing in the community.

Maybe this was the case.
But if this was the case, would Adam and eve ever have had to make cloths for themselves? Could it be conceived that all humanity would advance yet unclothed?
I dont know. I do think that eventually man wouldve had to get some cloths on.

case 2:
Man was stark nayked but he had no cloths on.
If case 2 is considered,then, maybe
man and woman had no physical cloths on yet they were stark nayked!
How could this be?
To explain this view,lets consider this situation:
You had a high paying job, with a company car, a driver, a house, etc
Your husband/wife and you were rolling in good times.
You were the model of a happy family.
Then, you lost the job!!
The company withdrew the car, you lost he house etc.
You were now out in the streets trying to survive. The kids were withdrawn from their prestigious schools to public schools.
What just happened?
You may say, you witnessd a crash of income. But what really happened,is that you fell from Glory.
You may see a house,car,prestigious education,posh living but what you were really experiencing is 'glory' . The glory of life!!
People dont chase things for things sake,they chase it for 'glory'.
People want power and wealth,for comfort and above all for 'glory'.
glory is what makes life worth living!!
And life is not worth living without, 'glory'.
As fallen as the world is,there's a lot of glory in it.
Life on earth can never compare to heaven, but with enough money and resources, one can experience the very best of what there is in this life,and that can be mind blowing.
so much so that, if one's life took a dip from that level, one could despair of life and even commit suicide!
Those who dont , will live with a sad smirk on their faces, a cynical scowl that disdains the present level they are living in.
Many pastors preach against one type of glory - material wealth, - but God created man to progress into greater levels of glory -infinitely.
- The path of the just is as the shining light and it shines BRIGHTER AND BRIGHTER (keeps getting better) ..
i.e means, more of every good thing:
More wealth, health, intelligence,peace,etc. No limit.
There's no upper limit clamp on glory.

- When the devil wanted to tempt Jesus, what was one of his temptations?
He showed Him the glory of the world! in a moment.
Yes, glory!!!
It didnt say the specific kinds, just the general forms.
And expected Jesus to sell out for some of it?
Some of what? The fame, riches, of this life!
But Jesus said no.
Think of it? What did Jesus have? Nothing? He had the cloths on his back, a sandal, Yes,He could raise money here and there to get His ministry moving. But the prestige and allure of royalty, that He had not!
He had no glory!
Today, that glory couldve been something like,private jets, super star status and treatment, best of wining and dining, hobnobbing with the who is who.More money than one ever knew what to do with. Rulership and power.
Let's not be too religious here. This is the koko!! Everybody wants this! This is life! Man!. This is it!
Many will kill for this.
But He, Jesus, rejected it.

When Eli disobeyed God and God revoked the covenant He had with Eli's generation, and turned His back on Isreal, calamities befell Isreal a lot. Eli lost his two sons in battle and one of his daughter inlaws died at delivery. She died proclaiming that the Glory of God had departed from Isreal.

When Solomon made a request that pleased God, God blessed him in outstanding ways. The manifestation of this was some vague nebulous halo around solomon's head but tangible blessings- riches and other intangibles but relatable blessings like fame, super intellect etc.
In a nutshell,God's glory was upon solomon in a mighty way.

God's glory was also with King David,
so that David conquered and subdued his enemies.
He slew goliath as a boy,
and from then on his string of victories just continued.
He also amassed a lot of wealth ending up a billionaire!
His contribution to the building of the temple of God was estimated at over a $100m (it would be very much higher by today's standards)

Solomon was so prosperous in gold that in his time, gold became as common as stones!!
It has never happened in any other civilisation ever!

So,lets see what was really going on.
When God was with Eli and isreal,
they didnt lose a war.

What does this have to do with Adam and eve's nudity?
There's a connection.
below a certain level of life, of living standard,there's shame and humiliation. One may endure it, and eventually get used to it,but one lives in perpetual torment.
E.g the high earning employee who loses his job and is now living in poverty lives in shame and humiliation. He may rationalise it,vilify high living or build some psychological defenses but it's just that,buffers to cushion the crush of the torments.

People who are living at a higher level of glory dont want to trade places for lower levels.
e.g a phD if he could do it again,would most likely not want to
settle for a masters. A happily married spouse if he could do it again, wouldnt want to settle for singleness.
They consider one level of glory higher than the previous.

A billionaire wouldnt want to settle
for being a millionaire.
A trillionaire wouldnt want to settle for being a billionaire.

The rich young ruler had faithfully obeyed the law and prospered but just could settle for the lowly life of being a wandering disciple. He could stand the drop in glory and sadly said No to Jesus' offer.

A drop in glory inflicts shame on the psych of the person.
So while glory is nice and is the icing on the cake of life,
it has the practical purpose of making life exciting living.
Glory is the bouy that keeps a life afloat and cruising in this life.
It is the life and thrust in life.
When one's glory is punctured,deflated ,burst and gone,
one hits life at rock bottom . It can be very hard going that way.
Like a car wheel with no air in its tires, it's just so hard and rough this way.
So what covered adam and eve?
the glory of God! When they sinned,
the glory that covered their shame lifted, it was automatic. They thought that "their eyes opened" No!
The glory of God on their bodies,that made them not know that they were nayked dissapeared with the entrance of sin,and lo and behold!!! What they saw, was shameful! The became acutely aware of shame. And ran to hide.
Then they tried to cover their shame.
When they sinned,they fell from glory ... Before sin they were in glory!

This is just my conjecture,but it is a viewpoint that looks plausible to me. The bible doesnt go into details for obvious reasons.

I won't tell you the answer until you tell me what you mean by nayked
