Just get d closest perfect square to 90 which is 81. And d square root of 81 is 9.

Next u subtract 81 from d 90 u were givn. Which Givs u 9.
Now mak dat 9 a whole number in d fraction.

Next u multiply d whole number by 2 which givs u 18 here & divide lik dis: 9 9/18.
Carrying out d division less d whole number. U get 9.5
So i.e square root 90 =9.5
